Great home, nice neighborhood

We are looking for a host to raffle our house.  I was devastated to learn of a home for sale in our neighborhood is priced nothing near what we would need to sell our house for.  My husband has been out of a job for six weeks now.  We are looking to relocate and start over.

We have an 1,880 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home.  The home also has a loft, living room and family room, wood flooring in most of the downstairs, and a beautiful built in swimming pool with rock water fall and hottub.  It is at the end of a culdasac with a larger than most lot.
