New Mexico couple raffling off their house get around the slow real estate market.
-HOUSE RAFFLE COMPLETED-
A New Mexico couple hopes raffling off their house will help them get around the slow real estate market.Todd and Tiffany Lovell have decided to raffle off their home in White Rock, selling tickets for $100 a piece.
The couple said that they felt that they had a better chance with a raffle than with a traditional home sale.
“If we could do something different that would make our house stand out and make our situation a little more unique, it might draw some attention and we might be able to get the results that we need,” said Tiffany Lovell.
The couple is hoping at least 2,500 people enter, generating $250,000.
