Several years ago when the market was up, my husband and I refinanced and paid off some debts. Three years later, the market is down, we are being relocated in May and don’t believe our home will sell for what we now owe. We have a Florida style home. Stucco exterior and open floor plan. Approximately 2500 sq. ft. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom has 2 large walk in closets and a sitting area. Master bath has extra large whirlpool tub and separate shower area. Large 2 car garage with tons of built in shelving. The home is located in Pensacola, Fl. We are 20 minutes from Pensacola Bay and 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Looking for Charity to partner with in raffling off our home.
