The Process

1. First you submit the form below with details about your home.  Please also provide information on why you need to sell your home and are seeking a charity to host your house raffle.
2. Then we receive you submission, review, get more details on you and your home then list your home one our website for FREE.
3. Then through various relationships and channels of advertising we seek a legal licensed 501(c) Public Charity which would be interested in hosting the raffle for your home.
4. We then make the connection between you and the charity.
5. Once the parties decide to proceed with a house raffle then an appraisal of the home is performed by an independent licensed third party.
6. Once the appraisal is completed an agreement of sale is made between the parties contingent upon a successful raffle.
